Christian Eriksen’s agent has remained tight-lipped over a potential move to Real Madrid .
Zidane is a huge admirer of the 27-year-old, who will only have 12 months left on his contract this summer.
Spurs are battling to tie the Dane down to a new deal but know they may have to cash in this summer, rather than risk losing him on a free.
Eriksen’s agent Martin Schoots has refused to comment on Eriksen’s future but insisted his focus is on on-field matters.

“He has evolved from a world class talent into a world class player.”

Real have raided Spurs before for Gareth Bale and Luka Modric and will look to do so again for Eriksen.
They see him as someone who can pull the strings in midfield as a replacement for Modric, who turns 34 in September.
Eriksen was also on Jose Mourinho’s radar if he was to return to the Bernabeu.
Reports in Spain suggest Mourinho had drawn up a four-man transfer shortlist with Eriksen and Tottenham teammate Harry Kane featuring.
Mourinho also wanted a reunion with David De Gea while Virgil van Dijk was another target.
But Real opted to turn to Zidane rather than the former Portuguese boss, with preparations now underway for his first match in charge against Celta Vigo this weekend.
